Unfiltered
I spent most of my career in the oil and gas industry, learning how to succeed in a masculine world. I adapted. I hardened. I became strategic and learned to keep emotions out of the room. I learned how to play by the dominant rules — and I became very good at it. I climbed the ladder, earned well, and built a career that looked impressive from the outside.
I didn’t realize the price I was paying. I didn’t have children until I was 40 — not because I consciously chose work over life, but because I was so deeply inside that way of operating. I was functioning, performing, succeeding — and increasingly disconnected from myself.

When I had my twins, everything cracked open. At the same time, I stepped into a director-level role at the United Nations. From the outside, it looked like success. Inside, the structure I had relied on for decades collapsed. I could no longer separate who I was at work from who I was at home—and the way I had learned to lead no longer worked.
My way back began with negotiation. It gave me structure, language, and agency. But the real shift came through community—being seen, held, and challenged by other women navigating leadership in male-dominated environments. Over time, I moved from being supported to holding space for others.
Alongside this, I returned to practices rooted in presence—meditation, awareness, and nervous-system regulation—integrated with modern neuroscience and influence work. From this, my approach emerged: Be. Do. Influence.
Today, my mission is to shorten that journey for women—to offer both clarity and space to lead with confidence, without having to break to rebuild.

My Mission
My mission is to support women to lead with confidence, navigate resistance, and influence decisions, without losing themselves in the process. I help women shape outcomes that matter—by integrating who they are being with what they do through practical tools, shared spaces, and deep inner work.
My Dream
I have a vision that women shape the direction of the world alongside men. A world where women have equal say, where priorities broaden, decisions deepen, and leadership becomes more balanced, humane, and future-oriented. Imagine that.
